Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Coliseum, the MMA media and analysis platform available at crenas.site (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Crenas ("Crenas", "we", "us"). Coliseum is the consumer product; Crenas is the company behind it. You can reach us at contato@crenas.site.

Coliseum provides editorial media and statistical analysis of professional MMA/UFC events: pre-fight breakdowns, fighter profiles, statistical context, round-by-round scenarios, weekly editorial content, and the Arena, a free fantasy-style prediction game.

Coliseum is informational and entertainment content. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a tipster service, and it does not guarantee any outcome or result. Predictions and analysis reflect opinion and may be wrong. Any decision you make, including decisions involving money, is your sole responsibility. We do not accept wagers and do not operate any gambling service or prize pool.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. Notify us at contato@crenas.site if you suspect unauthorized use.

Coliseum Premium is a paid subscription of US$10.00 per month, processed by our payment provider, Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring monthly charge.

You can cancel at any time from your profile (Profile, Edit profile, Manage subscription), which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may change the price with advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Part of the Service is free to read, and part is reserved for Coliseum Premium subscribers. We may change what is free or premium over time. Premium access is tied to your account and lasts while your subscription is active.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or bulk-copying content, reselling or redistributing our analysis, sharing premium access with others, attempting to bypass the paywall or security, or disrupting the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on Coliseum, including text, analysis, graphics, and branding, is owned by Crenas or its licensors and is protected by law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the content for your own use. It does not transfer ownership.

The Service is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that analysis is accurate, complete, or will produce any particular result. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crenas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update the Service and these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Mandatory consumer protections under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and other applicable law continue to apply.
