Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
This is the agreement between you and Coliseum. In plain language, the honest summary is this: Coliseum publishes analysis and editorial content about MMA. We do not give betting advice, we do not guarantee any outcome, and we take no money from you beyond the subscription you chose.
Your subscription renews on its own until you cancel, and you can cancel yourself, at any time, from your profile.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Coliseum (“Coliseum”, “we”, “us”). They cover your access to and use of crenas.site and everything we publish there, including the free content, the paid subscription, the Arena, and the Picks add-on (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18.
2. Who you are contracting with
Coliseum is the product. Crenas is the business behind it. Your agreement is with the operator of the Service, identified here:
- Product
- Coliseum
- Business
- Crenas
- Contact
- crenas.coliseum@gmail.com
- Website
- crenas.site
- Charges appear as
- COLISEUM CRENAS.SITE
- Payments processed by
- Stripe
Registered company details are being completed and will be published on this page as soon as they exist. Until then, crenas.coliseum@gmail.com is the official channel for any legal, billing, or contractual matter, and we answer from it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as COLISEUM CRENAS.SITE — if you see that line and do not recognise it, it is us, and you can write to crenas.coliseum@gmail.com before disputing it with your bank.
3. What Coliseum is, and what it is not
Coliseum publishes editorial media and statistical analysis of professional MMA events: pre-fight breakdowns, fighter profiles, statistical context, round-by-round scenarios, most-likely outcome scenarios, weekly editorial content, a personal prediction tracker, and the Arena, a free prediction game.
Coliseum is information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, not investment or financial advice, and not a tipster service. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, run any game of chance, or pay prizes of any kind.
Nothing we publish is a guarantee or a promise of any outcome. Our analysis is opinion, it is frequently wrong, and any decision you make after reading it — including any decision involving money — is yours alone and at your own risk.
Where we publish accuracy or performance figures, they describe how previously published calls turned out over a stated period. They are a record of the past. They are not a forecast, not an average you should expect, and not a promise of future accuracy.
4. How the analysis is produced
Our analysis is produced by an automated research and generation pipeline that uses artificial-intelligence models, working from publicly available sources — official event pages, public fight statistics, public records and reporting — together with our own editorial direction and review.
This means the output can contain errors, omissions, outdated records, or misattributed facts. We correct what we find, and you can report an error to crenas.coliseum@gmail.com. Do not treat any single figure or claim on the Service as independently verified fact.
5. We are not affiliated with the UFC
Coliseum is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to the UFC, Zuffa, TKO Group Holdings, any other promotion, any governing body, or any athlete.
Event names, fighter names, and third-party marks appear on the Service only to identify and describe the events we cover. They remain the property of their owners. If you hold rights in material you believe is used improperly on the Service, write to crenas.coliseum@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.
6. Your account
- An account is personal and individual. Do not share, sell, lend, or transfer it, and do not let anyone else use your access.
- Give accurate information and keep it current. Keep your password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You may need to verify your email address before you can read the free content.
- You must be 18 or older. We may close an account if we learn the holder is not.
- Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms — see section 18.
7. Free access
Part of the Service is free. Today that includes a set number of fight analyses per event card for a verified free account, at least one open sample analysis per card, and the Arena.
The Arena is free to play. There is no entry fee, no stake, and no cash or prize payout. It is a game for standings and bragging rights.
What is free and what is reserved for subscribers is an editorial and commercial decision, and we can change it at any time. Free access is not something you have bought, and changing it is not a change to a paid subscription.
8. Plans, prices and billing
The Service is sold as a recurring subscription. The current plans are:
- Weekly
- $11.99 per week, renewing every week
- Monthly
- $23.99 per month, renewing every month
- Quarterly
- $95.99 every 3 months, renewing every 3 months
- Picks add-on
- $15.90 per month, optional, sold on top of an active plan
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, charged to the payment method you gave us, and it keeps renewing until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your profile, by yourself, without contacting anyone. Cancelling stops all future charges. See section 11.
- Currency. All prices are in US dollars. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. That amount is charged by your bank, not by us, and we cannot tell you in advance what it will be.
- Taxes. Prices are shown excluding any tax that may apply to you. Where we are required to collect a tax, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and added to the amount charged.
- When you are charged. Unless a free trial applies (section 9), the first charge happens when you complete checkout. Each renewal is charged at the start of the next period.
- Promotional codes. A discount applies only on the terms stated with the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, a promotional price applies to the first billing period, and the plan renews at the standard price after that.
- Price changes. We may change prices. If a change affects a subscription you already hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price is charged. A price change never applies retroactively to a period you already paid for.
- Failed payments. If a renewal is declined, your payment provider may retry it. If it still cannot be collected, access can be paused and the subscription cancelled. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Free trial, when one is offered
We sometimes offer a free trial, and sometimes we do not. Whether a trial is part of the offer is always stated on the screen where you subscribe, and that screen governs. At the time of writing, the standard trial, when offered, is 7 days.
We collect your payment method when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and the plan price is charged without further notice.
Cancel at any point during the trial and you are not charged at all.
- A trial is one per person and per payment method. We may decline to offer a trial, or end one, where we detect repeated sign-ups.
- The Picks add-on is never sold with a trial.
10. The Picks add-on (Telegram)
The Picks add-on is a separate, optional subscription of $15.90 per month that gives access to a private Telegram room. It is sold on top of an active paid plan, not instead of one.
- The add-on does not include or grant access to the site. It is a separate subscription, billed separately, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.
- It is delivered through Telegram, a third-party service with its own terms. You need a Telegram account. We do not control Telegram and are not responsible for its availability.
- Room access lasts while the add-on is paid. When it ends, we remove access to the room.
- What is posted in the room is for you. Do not forward, republish, resell, or redistribute it. We may remove anyone who does, without refund, to the extent the law allows.
- The Quarterly plan already includes the room, so the add-on is not sold to those subscribers.
11. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, by yourself, from your profile. You do not need to call anyone, explain yourself, or send an email to cancel.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your access continues until that date, and no further charge is made.
- If you hold both a plan and the Picks add-on, they are two subscriptions. Cancel each one you no longer want, and check your profile afterwards to confirm what is still active.
- If anything about cancelling does not work as described here, write to us and we will cancel it for you and treat it as cancelled from the day you asked.
To close your account entirely, rather than just stop the billing, write to crenas.coliseum@gmail.com. What happens to your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The statutory rights described in section 24 apply on top of that policy and are not limited by it.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or automatically harvest content from the Service;
- republish, resell, syndicate, or redistribute our analysis, in whole or in part;
- share your credentials or your paid access with anyone else;
- work around the paywall, the account system, or any other access control;
- reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build or train a competing product;
- interfere with the Service, overload it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or post abusive, hateful, or infringing content in any community feature.
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for a breach. For a serious or repeated breach we may terminate immediately, and to the extent the law allows, without refunding the current period.
14. Our content and your licence
All content on the Service — text, analysis, scenarios, statistics we compile, graphics, design, the Coliseum name and marks — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read that content for your own non-commercial use, for as long as your subscription is active. It transfers no ownership and grants no other right. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.
15. Content you post
You may be able to post predictions, comments, a profile, and similar content. You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it within the Service, for as long as you keep it posted.
You are responsible for what you post, you confirm you have the right to post it, and we may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.
16. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe for payments, Telegram for the add-on, email delivery providers, and analytics and advertising measurement tools. Each has its own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control them. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements.
17. Availability and changes to the Service
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption. It can go down for maintenance, for a fault, or because something we depend on has failed.
We may add, change, or discontinue features. Which events we cover, and how many analyses we publish per card, is an editorial decision and can vary. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature that was a material part of the plan you bought, you may cancel, and we will refund the unused part of the period you already paid for.
18. Suspension and termination
By you: cancel or close your account at any time, as described in section 11.
By us: we may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, for fraud or payment abuse, for unlawful use, or if we stop operating the Service. If we terminate your paid access for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused part of the period you already paid for.
When access ends, your licence under section 14 ends with it. Data retention is governed by the Privacy Policy.
19. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the analysis is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This includes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, mandatory consumer protections in the EEA, and rights under applicable US federal and state law.
20. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, for lost profits or lost money, or for any loss arising from a decision you made based on the Service.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$50.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under the non-excludable rights described in section 19.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator’s place of establishment. That choice does not deprive you of anything: if you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
We do not ask you to waive a jury trial or to give up the right to take part in a class action.
Before anything formal, please write to crenas.coliseum@gmail.com. Nearly everything — a charge you did not expect, access that did not unlock, a cancellation that did not go through — is resolved the same day by email.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material and affects a subscription you already hold, we will give you at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the product before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then. For other changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Contact
Questions about these Terms, your subscription, or anything else: crenas.coliseum@gmail.com. A real person reads it.
24. Your rights where you live
The following apply in addition to everything above, according to where you live. Where they conflict with anything above, these win.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content supplied immediately, that right can be waived, but we do not ask you to waive it: our Refund and Cancellation Policy gives everyone 14 days to get the first charge back, with no conditions attached. You therefore keep the full period either way.
Australia
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms limits that.
United States
This is an automatically renewing subscription. You may cancel online at any time from your profile, by the same means you used to subscribe, and cancelling stops all future charges. Where the law requires a renewal reminder before a charge, we send one to the email on your account. If you are in a state with additional automatic-renewal protections, including California, those apply to you.
Canada
Provincial consumer protection legislation applies to you and is not limited by these Terms, including your rights in respect of an unauthorised charge to your card.
