Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. The subscription
Coliseum Premium is a monthly subscription of US$10.00, processed by Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
2. 7-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in Brazil, the Consumer Defense Code (CDC, Article 49) gives you the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 7 days. If you request it within 7 days of your first subscription charge, we will refund that charge in full. To request, email contato@crenas.site from your account email.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel whenever you want, with no questions, from your profile: Profile, then Edit profile, then Manage subscription. This opens the secure Stripe customer portal where you can cancel or update your payment method. Cancellation stops future charges.
4. Access after cancellation
When you cancel, you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that date, the account returns to the free tier. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the remaining days of a paid month after the 7-day withdrawal window.
5. How to request a refund
For a refund within the 7-day window, email contato@crenas.site from the email on your account. We process eligible refunds back to your original payment method through Stripe. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it cannot be collected, premium access may be paused or the subscription cancelled. You can update your card at any time through the customer portal.
